Daily maintenance of high-pressure defoaming machines needs to focus on chamber sealing, pressure system and temperature control module. After each use, clean up residual materials in the cavity in time to avoid adhering to the cavity wall or sealing surface after curing. When cleaning, use a soft rag dipped in a neutral detergent to wipe it to prevent sharp tools from scratching the surface of the cavity and prevent sealing failure. Regularly check the wear of the seal ring. If there is aging, crack or deformation, replace the seal of the appropriate type in time to ensure the tightness of the cavity.

Pressure system maintenance focuses on pipelines and valves, checking for leaks at the connections, and tightening or replacing seals in time when abnormalities are found. The temperature control module needs to regularly clean the dust on the heat sink to ensure heat dissipation efficiency and avoid degradation of temperature control accuracy. During the idle period of the equipment, keep the cavity dry and ventilated, and a desiccant can be placed to absorb internal moisture to prevent corrosion of metal parts.

The cavity cleaning method needs to be adjusted according to the material characteristics. For viscous materials, they can be soaked in warm water and softened before wiping; for oily materials, they can be dissolved with a special cleaner and cleaned. After cleaning is completed, turn on the cavity ventilation function to accelerate internal drying. During the maintenance process, operating specifications should be strictly followed to avoid illegal dismantling of core components. Maintenance records must be registered in detail to facilitate subsequent traceability and analysis. Through normalized maintenance and refined cleaning, the service life of the equipment can be effectively extended and the stability of the defoaming effect can be ensured.
