Product Features:
The OSLO crystallizer provides a superior environment for crystal growth. The zone where supersaturation is generated and the zone for crystal growth are separated at two locations inside the crystallizer. Crystals are fluidized and suspended in the circulating mother liquor. Solution supersaturation is formed at the boiling liquid surface, then delivered to the bottom of the crystallizer. As the solution flows upward through the crystal bed, supersaturation is gradually relieved and crystals grow progressively. Under continuous operation, large and uniform crystals can be produced.

Application Scope:
Suitable for cooling crystallization or evaporative crystallization of materials with steep solubility curves and low mother liquor viscosity, such as potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, nitrates, persulfates, etc.
