◎ Product Introduction
PBC type batch cooker, also known as batch hydrolyzer or batch rendering machine, is mainly designed for animal waste raw materials such as slaughterhouse animal by-products recycling. It is widely used in the production of meat meal, bone meal and feather meal, as well as the disposal of sick and dead livestock and animal carcasses. It integrates high-temperature sterilization, rendering and drying to achieve ideal treatment results. The equipment is suitable for large and medium-sized slaughterhouses, farms and municipal harmless treatment projects. Together with crushers, dryers, oil presses, screw conveyors, waste gas treatment units and other equipment, it forms a complete waste treatment system. Its features are listed as below:
1.1 The outer shell adopts double-layer jacket. High-temperature steam is passed into both the jacket and internal rotor to enlarge heat exchange area and improve production efficiency.
1.2 Available materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and so on.
1.3 Integral steel frame support allows flexible relocation.
1.4 Automatic control for inlet and outlet ports for easy operation.
1.5 The feeding weight is controlled by bottom weighing sensors, delivering high feeding accuracy and stable product quality.
1.6 Wide operating pressure range; the designed pressure of heating components can be 0.05-2 MPa.
1.7 Stainless steel cladding for outer insulation enhances corrosion resistance, extends service life and provides nice appearance.
1.8 Automatic water delivery system recovers steam condensate to boiler, reducing energy consumption and saving water & heat resources.
