During evaporation operation of the central circulation evaporator, the solution flows upward inside the heat exchange tubes of the heating chamber and gets heated. Before reaching the saturation temperature under the corresponding condition, the solution rises in temperature without boiling or vaporization. As heat exchange proceeds between hot and cold media inside and outside the tubes and the pressure inside the tubes gradually drops, the solution reaches the saturation pressure for that condition and starts boiling and vaporizing, generating a large number of bubbles and reducing the solution density. The density difference between the vapor-liquid mixture in boiling tubes and the unboiled feed liquid on the circulation tube side forms the circulation driving force of the central circulation evaporator.

Central circulation evaporators include coil evaporators, central tube evaporators and external heating evaporators. Featuring simple structure, easy operation, stable performance and strong adaptability. No external driving force from a circulation pump is required during operation, leading to low capital and operating costs. Low-temperature vacuum concentration can be adopted according to the thermal sensitivity of materials.
