Application:
EV and CM series emulsifying pots are new-type vacuum emulsifying devices manufactured by our factory. Designed by relevant experts by absorbing advantages of similar products at home and abroad, they feature novel structure, excellent emulsifying effect, low energy consumption and reliable operation. Both inside and outside of the pot are polished for elegant appearance.
Features of EV Model:
The emulsification process of the emulsifying pot is carried out under fully sealed conditions. Materials inside the pot are mixed and emulsified via high-speed internal circulating shearing of bottom homogenizer. The upper scraper agitator generates centrifugal force during operation to press PTFE scrapers tightly against pot wall, effectively solving material adhesion on pot wall and preventing contamination by dust and microorganisms. The emulsified product is bright and fine, with the minimum particle size down to 3~5μm.
Features of CM Model:
This type of emulsifying pot is improved based on imported equipment. It is essential equipment for domestic production of emulsions, creams and ointments. With rational design and mature technology, its technical parameters are comparable with similar international products of the 1980s. Its homogenizing system delivers over twice more shearing cycles than Italian TE-3 and Japanese YQ vacuum homogenizing emulsifying pots. Homogenized materials are fine, uniform and with superior glossiness. The homogenizing system adopts propelling, extruding and worm gear shearing structure. Materials are delivered to homogenizer by propeller impeller, and homogenized through dynamic worm gear with teeth and two fixed tooth rings. The suction generated by high-speed rotating impeller pushes materials through extrusion and worm gear shearing to realize homogenization. During homogenizer operation, according to different material viscosity, the valve between pot body and homogenizer pipeline can be closed for internal and external circulation homogenization to ensure uniform emulsification of all materials. Meanwhile, the homogenizer can also serve as discharge pump and cleaning pump. Under centrifugal force generated by the premium scraper agitator, PTFE scrapers cling tightly to pot wall to eliminate material adhesion and dead corners. Equipped with ideal variable frequency speed regulation device for stepless speed adjustment. A unique sight glass with sealed lighting lamp is installed on pot platform for operators to observe material emulsification status at any time. Heating and cooling of the whole equipment are completed in the same jacket. Aluminum silicate thermal insulation layer is arranged outside the jacket, covered with mirror-polished stainless steel decorative plates. It can shorten heating and cooling time, protect operators from scald and guarantee production safety.
