This unit is mainly composed of a dynamic extraction tank, an evaporation concentrator and process pipelines, integrating dynamic thermal reflux extraction, vacuum concentration, and solvent recovery. It can conduct extraction and concentration continuously and synchronously in a sealed environment. The solvent vapor generated during concentration is condensed and returned to the extraction tank, and the secondary steam can be used to reheat the materials in the extraction process for dynamic extraction with thermal reflux. It is suitable for water and organic solvents in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, biology, food, and light industry, for extraction at room temperature and around 60℃. It has the advantages of low investment, high efficiency, and significant energy savings.
