   Overview: The scraper evaporator is a high-efficiency evaporation and distillation equipment that forms a uniform thin film of liquid by high-speed rotation for evaporation or distillation. It can also perform unit operations such as deodorization, defoaming reaction, heating and cooling. It is widely applicable to Chinese & Western pharmaceutical, food, light industry, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other industries.

   The centrifugal scraper thin film evaporator adopts advanced foreign technology and takes the internationally leading position in the domestic field of scraper thin film evaporators. This equipment was used as the main unit of the "Scraper-type Vacuum Honey Refining Unit" and won the Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress awarded by the State Pharmaceutical Administration.

   Performance & Features

   This equipment is equipped with centrifugal sliding-groove rotor, a new structure evaporator overseas. A thin film can be formed even under very low flow rate. Deposits in the process liquid attached to the inner wall surface of the cylinder evaporation section can be quickly removed by movable scrapers. Compared with scraper evaporators with fixed gaps, its evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%. It has the following performance and features:

   1. High heat transfer coefficient, large evaporation capacity, evaporation intensity up to 200kg/m²·hr, high thermal efficiency.

   2. Short material heating time, approx. 5 to 10 seconds. It operates under vacuum conditions, which is more favorable for heat-sensitive materials, prevents decomposition of various components and ensures product quality.

   3. Wide adaptability to viscosity variation range; both low and high viscosity materials can be processed, with material viscosity up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).

   4. The material residence time inside the evaporator can be adjusted by changing the rotation direction of scraper grooves.

   5. The inner wall of evaporation cylinder is precisely bored and polished, hardly prone to coking and scaling.

   6. Easy operation and simple adjustment of product indicators. Continuous automatic production can be realized under sealed conditions.

   7. Small footprint, simple structure, convenient maintenance and easy cleaning.
